disappointed with the quality of the cotton; very heavy, not like your usual cotton sleep wear; I bout one in blue 2 years ago and it is a beautiful, soft cotton. Thought I was getting the same quality. So , disappointed

This rustic beauty is so well constructed, given care, it will last through the ages! The fabric is a soft, pleasantly heavy weave reminiscent of medieval times. The embroidery is lush & vibrant but gentle on bare skin…I was unnecessarily worried it would be irritating or scratchy. The sizing is generous with a flattering fit & flare effect. If you’re sitting on the fence, grab this one before it’s gone!

I have purchased 4 caftans from April Cornell, and though I love them all, this is my favorite. It's a heavier cotton that's cozy for winter andnot at all see-through; it hangs beautifully. The embroidery is gorgeous and all the seams are finished to prevent fraying.
