Beautiful dress. Comfortable and somewhat flattering. There is no liner in this dress, so a slip would be helpful in cold weather.

Comfortable
There's a lot to love about this dress - the deep purple shade, the embroidery, the breathable cotton. If I were to make one suggestion, I'd love to see more dresses with slightly lower waistlines. This one is almost an empire waist, which doesn't always flatter my inverted triangle body shape. I can pull it off when it's a dark colour like this, but I'd love to see more in the way of long dresses that highlight the natural waist.
